At the moment, we focus entirely on the Uluwatu region. This is the southernmost part of Bali and is characterized by its wild vegetation, cliffs, and white beaches.

The main advantages are the high returns, short construction period, and low investment costs.

We do this not entirely by ourselves but in collaboration with our partner House Of Reservations.

The villa is insured throughout the entire construction period. After completion, you will have to take care of insurance yourself. This can be done through Allianz. We can mediate in this for you.
